I'm curious, what is the benefit to using MakeMKV vs CloneBD for step 2? Could you not just use CloneBD for both steps?Įdit: Assuming you don't care about Dolby Vision. The overall file length is correct, and the sync is only off on alternating segments by one audio frame, but there are pops in the audio at every segment boundary, due to repeats or missing frames. Set the name of the disc to the TV Show name, year of the season being transcoded. Id go with the 124,125,126 one since it is first and the segment numbers are sequential. I've gone through and checked at each and every segment boundary, and have notice that Makemkv seems to alternate between not deleting the repeated audio frame at the first segment boundary, and then deleting both repeated frames at the next boundary. I'm currently using Rogue One for testing. I posted in another thread regarding ATMOS audio that MakeMKV is not deleting overlapping audio frames correctly at the segment boundaries for any of the Star Wars films I've tried ripping from UHD. In the 4th scenario, the direction of the 20N force is in the opposite direction, yielding a total of 78N upward. In the 2nd scenario, there is a 10kg*2m/s^2=20N upward force added to the normal force of 98N for a total upward force of 118N. Here's where it gets tricky: in the 2nd and 4th scenarios, the gravity force and the normal force are identical to the 1st and 3rd scenarios, except that in the 2nd and 4th scenarios, there is an additional force in the normal direction which must be accounted for. a 98N downward-acting force due to gravity, and a 98N upward-acting force due to the normal force of the elevator floor pushing up on the toddler's feet. After regressing out the batch and cell cycle effects, these HVGs were used for dimension reduction and clustering analysis to identify candidate subpopulations. ![]() Pathway analysis showed that these HVGs are associated with functional characteristics of classic MSCs, such as inflammation mediated by chemokine and cytokine signaling, integrin signaling, and angiogenesis. GO enrichment analysis of highly variable genes (HVGs) obtained from WJMSCs revealed that these genes are significantly enriched in extracellular region with binding function, involved in developmental process, signal transduction, cell proliferation, etc. Meanwhile, we analyzed publicly available adipose-derived MSC (ADMSCs) scRNA-seq data and performed transcriptome comparison between WJMSCs and ADMSCs at the single-cell level. We also isolated CD142 + and CD142 − WJMSCs based on scRNA-seq data and compared their proliferation capacity and “wound healing” potential in vitro. Since the PS1 had so much space (CD drive) we decided to include the MK1 and MK2 assets and call it MK Trilogy. When we going to release Ultimate MK3 on consoles, it seemed odd to release it on the Playstation without doing something "special" for it. However, this character was scrapped, and appeared later in Mortal Kombat: Special Forces as a boss character, and eventually playable via DLC in Mortal Kombat X. The developers intended to include Tremor (a ninja with a brown suit and earthquake powers, portrayed by John Turk) in the game. The Nintendo 64 version replaced him with a female character named Khameleon, who switches between the female ninjas instead (Kitana, Mileena, and Jade), portrayed by Becky Gable. This character is playable by performing a special button combination. Most versions have Chameleon, a semi-transparent ninja who rapidly switches between all the other male ninjas (Classic Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Noob Saibot, Human Smoke, Rain, Reptile, and Ermac) during combat, portrayed by John Turk (who also portrayed unmasked Sub-Zero and Shang Tsung). Two new secret characters appear as well, depending on the version of the game. Contrarily to MKII Raiden, Jax and Baraka, these versions of the characters did not get proper running animations and just feature a sped-up version of their walk animation when they try to run. The PC, PlayStation and Saturn versions also contain alternate versions of Jax, Kung Lao, Kano and Raiden as they appeared in the first two titles. Bosses Goro, Kintaro, Motaro and Shao Kahn are also playable characters from the start (except for the Nintendo 64 version, where only Motaro and Shao Kahn are included and must be unlocked via a cheat menu). He kept his moves from MKII except for the Split Punch, which was excluded since none of the characters from MK3/ UMK3 had graphics for getting hit in the groin. Johnny Cage was also added to the roster, this time portrayed by Chris Alexander (replacing Daniel Pesina, Carlos' brother, who was legally at odds with Midway), making him the only character exclusive to this version of the game. The actors of both characters were Carlos Pesina as Raiden (except for one sprite, which was portrayed by Sal Divita, who portrayed Sektor, Cyrax, Cyborg Smoke and Nightwolf), and Richard Divizio as Baraka (which also portrayed Kano and Kabal, including Noob Saibot only in MK3), respectively. Sub-Zero's famous "Spine Rip" Fatality reappears in the game but is completely censored, as the screen blacks out with only the "Fatality" text visible. Additionally, Shao Kahn gained a throw and grab-and-punch move, and Motaro gained a proper throw move. These special moves included MK1 Kano's Knife Spin move, MKII Kung Lao's Air Torpedo, Goro's Spinning Punch move, Raiden's Lightning that shoots from behind the opponent, and Baraka's Blade Spin move.
